The Site

White Oak Technology Park is a 2,278-acre master-planned industrial park in eastern Henrico County, situated at the intersection of I-295 and I-64 in Virginia. The park features configurable sites ranging from 17 to 818 contiguous acres, with 1,031 net usable acres. Existing uses include large data centers, advanced manufacturing, and related logistics facilities. White Oak is owned and managed by the Henrico County Economic Development Authority.

Extensive site preparation studies, including utility infrastructure, environmental and archeological studies, Corps of Engineers, and delineated wetlands position White Oak as one of the premier build-ready development opportunities on the East Coast.
